About Mrs. Thomas

I have worked at Trinity ISD for 17 years.  I earned a BBA in General Business from Sam Houston State University and then decided to go into teaching.  I earned my teaching certification for 4-8 generalist.  I have taught 5th, 6th, and 8th-grade math and 7th-grade English/Language Arts. After being in the classroom for many years, I started on my next journey and enrolled in a Master's program at Lamar University.  I have a Master of Education in Counseling and Development and I am a certified school counselor.   I am currently in my fifth year serving as a counselor in Trinity.  I started at the high school in November of 2020. 

 

I have been married for 31 years and I have two sons who are both adults now.  They both graduated from Trinity High School and they are both Sam Houston graduates.
