Your group will be assigned a trend to research.
1. In your group, you will be locating all the information on the trend and how it is affecting the industry.
2. Develop a plan for the trend your group wishes to research. Your plan should include the following:
Name of your Trend
A description of the trend
When it started
Where it started
What food service establishments are using them What other events happened that made it a trend
The ways it is affecting the industry. Positive or negative ways
How long will the trend last?
What factors could affect the trend either positive or negative.
3. This will be a Google Slides presentation with at least 10 slides.
Use images, graphs, and interesting information related to this
trend.
Be sure to cite your work. (-10 with no citations)
4. Present your plan to the class in a three to five minute presentation. Be Prepared for discussion.
